Jessica Kauffman- Owner/ Hair stylist

With 26 years of experience as a hairstylist and more than 21 years as the owner of The Style Studio, Jessica Kauffman brings an exceptional level of experience, artistry, and dedication to every guest in her chair.

Jessica is passionate about creating sophisticated, on-trend looks that feel uniquely tailored to each client. She has a particular love for balayage and dimensional highlighting and continually invests in her education to refine her techniques and stay current with today’s most sought-after styles.

For Jessica, great hair is about more than a beautiful finished look—it’s about understanding the vision her guests have for themselves and thoughtfully bringing that vision to life. Her attention to detail, commitment to personalized service, and genuine passion for her craft have made creating beautiful, confidence-inspiring hair a career she truly loves.

Her go-to styling favorites include Gloss Coat by Maria Nila and Infinium Hairspray, two products she relies on to create polished, lasting results.

Away from the salon, Jessica enjoys long walks, puzzling, reading, and making memories with her husband and their two children.

Stacey Weaver- Stylist

With more than 40 years in the hair industry, Stacey brings an extraordinary depth of experience, precision, and artistry to every guest in her chair. Her extensive career has shaped a refined approach to hairstyling, with a particular passion for precision haircutting and expert barbering techniques.

Stacey takes pride in creating looks that are both beautifully tailored and effortlessly wearable. Whether a guest is seeking rich, long-lasting, vivid color or the timeless texture and movement of a permanent wave, her seasoned expertise allows her to approach each service with confidence, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Her favorite styling essentials include Verb Ghost Oil and IGK Good Behavior, favorites for creating smooth, polished, salon-worthy results.



When she’s away from the salon, Stacey enjoys assembling puzzles, gardening, reading, and most of all, spending meaningful time with her family.

Shanelle Montgomery- Stylist

Shanelle has been an integral part of The Style Studio since the beginning of her journey in the beauty industry 10 years ago. During that time, she has grown into a highly accomplished stylist, developing a distinctive eye for color, dimension, and individuality.

With a passion for creative balayage and adventurous hair color, Shanelle loves helping guests express their personal style through beautiful, customized color. Her artistic approach, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for exploring new techniques allow her to create looks that feel both elevated and uniquely personal.

Her professional styling favorites include IGK Good Behavior and Matrix So Silver Shampoo, essentials for maintaining beautiful, polished, salon-worthy results.

Outside the salon, Shanelle enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Allison Shenk-Stylist

For guests seeking beautifully blended, effortlessly dimensional balayage, Allison brings an artistic eye and a passion for creating today’s most coveted color trends. Her specialty is designing gradient, lived-in color that grows out gracefully while maintaining a soft, sophisticated finish.

Hair extensions are another true passion of Allison’s. She loves helping guests achieve the length, volume, and fullness they desire while creating a seamless, multi-dimensional result. For Allison, the transformation that extensions can provide—and the confidence it inspires in her guests—is what makes this service so rewarding.

Her favorite retail styling essential is Kenra Design Hairspray, a go-to for creating polished styles with lasting hold.



When she’s away from the salon, Allison enjoys discovering charming local coffee shops and spending time outdoors with her two children.

SHELBY Weaver- Stylist

Shelby is an accomplished stylist with a true passion for creating beautiful, dimensional blonding transformations. Known for her ability to expertly blend multiple hues into a seamless, luminous finish, Shelby takes pride in creating customized color that leaves her guests feeling confident and beautiful.

One of the most rewarding parts of her career is meeting new people and helping each guest feel their absolute best—both in their hair and in themselves. Shelby is committed to continually expanding her knowledge, learning new techniques, and staying current with the latest trends in the industry.

Her active social media presence allows her to showcase her work and share her passion for the artistry and creativity behind each transformation.

When she’s away from the salon, Shelby enjoys hiking, swimming, relaxing with a good book, and spending quality time with her husband, Dwight.

Aubrey Lester-Guest Relations

Aubrey is the heart of Guest Relations and the hub of the Style Studio! She keeps the front of house running smoothly, helping guests with scheduling, coordinating appointments, and making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

When she’s not keeping the salon organized and creating a great guest experience, Aubrey loves spending time with her boyfriend, Connor, and her cat, Muffin. She’s also an avid reader with an enormous book collection and can often be found adding yet another book to the shelves. When she’s not lost in a good story, she enjoys getting outside for a run and staying active.

Sierra Martin-Esthetician

Sierra  believes in creating a welcoming space where clients can slow down, relax, and take time for themselves. Whether she is helping a client work toward healthier skin or simply providing a moment of much-needed relaxation, her goal is for every client to leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and confident.

Sierra describes herself as an introverted extrovert. She loves connecting with people while also understanding the importance of quiet time and having a moment to yourself. She strives to make every appointment feel like a little escape from the busyness of everyday life.

Sierra's favorite treatments are Oxygen and Signature Facials and her favorite products are Circadia's Vitamin C Serum and Skin Script's Açaí Berry Moisturizer.

Outside of the treatment room, Sierra enjoys spending time with her two orange cats, Juniper and Zephyr, as well as listening to music, creating art, painting, playing games, and spending time with the people she loves.
